We have explored La Rochelle walking the streets in the old town, then hopped on a boat to get to Les Minimes beach around the corner.

This morning we took a trip or the old market to replenish our fruit and veg stock. We bought raspberries, peaches, apricots and blueberries…10 minutes later they were gone! So we had to buys some more apricots, oranges, bananas and peaches and strawberries…

The weather improved this morning and after having croissants and a baguette (oui oui) followed by cheerful Cheerios and grapes for breakfast, we went for a little stroll on the beach!
